The invention relates to a plastic die of a cambered elbow pipe of 90 degrees. A cambered elbow pipe comprises a cambered main body, wherein both ends of the cambered main body are respectively provided with expanding openings. A processing die comprises a mold cavity and a mold core, wherein the mold cavity and the mold core form a die cavity of the cambered elbow pipe; the mold cavity comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are opened in opposite, and the upper cavity is driven by a die opening and closing mechanism. The mold core is characterized by comprising an expanding mold core I, a cambered main body mold core and an expanding mold core II which are sequentially connected; the expanding mold core I is driven by a core drawing mechanism I; the expanding mold core II is driven by a core drawing mechanism II; one end of the cambered main body mold core is provided with a pull rod; the pull rod penetrates through the expanding mold core II; the head of the pull rod is connected with a swinging plate; one side of the swinging plate is provided with a connecting ear; the connecting ear is connected with a rotating shaft, and a gear is installed at the lower part of the rotating shaft; the gear is meshed with a rack; and the rack is driven by an oil cylinder.
