Countermeasure Suggestions on Training and Cultivation of New Farmers in Guizhou

Farmer is the principal part of agriculture and country,enhancing peasant quality is not only the core to the solution of the three rural problems,but also the key to promotion of new countryside construction and modern agriculture development.The large proportion of agricultural population and generally low level of science and technology quality directly restraint the development of rural economy and national economy in Guizhou.In order to know farmers' requirement of science and technology training in Guizhou,after investigation,the author proposed countermeasure suggestions on training and cultivation of new farmers in Guizhou according to the current situation of generally low level of farmers'quality of science,technology and culture.
