산업단지 중심의 혁신클러스터 형성전망과 과제 -서울디지털산업단지를 사례로-

In the context of regional innovation, numerous related polices have been attempted to make innovation system in the hope of developing the cooperation among innovative actors such as industry, university, research institute and support organization. Innovative cluster policy in industrial complex is also one of them for government to pursuit such a purpose. In this paper, it is argued that innovative cluster in Seoul digital complex is a evolutionary result produced in the changing circumstance Based on the results of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis, this paper explores the present of innovative cluster in Seoul digital complex and forecasts the inclination. It is found that the location quotient in specific industry has been growing and this inclination will be sustained until 2007. And the rapid growth of producer service - finance, real estate and IT industry - in complex stimulus the reciprocal action among innovative actors. And this study recommends that it is necessary to choose policy theme such as making a forum or seminar among innovative actors selecting and raising up coordinators, improving infrastructure and holding of research institute related with specified industry.
