The present invention relates to a photocurable resin composition, a method for manufacturing the same, and an optical film comprising the same. More specifically, the photocurable resin composition comprises organophosphate-based (meth)acrylate and a phenol compound, thereby ensuring storage stability. Therefore, the photocurable resin composition is suitable as a material for a transparent display.
