Block toilet compartment (1) intended to be arranged in a railway vehicle (2), said block (1) having a toilet bowl (3) surrounded by three fixed walls (4, 5, 6) substantially rectilinear and a wall curve (7) of convex shape incorporating a gateway (8) intended to be arranged in a corridor (9) of the vehicle (2), said door (8) is retracting in a fixed portion (10) of the wall curve (7) characterized in that the curved wall (7) extends over the entire width of the box (1) and in that the toilet bowl (3) is arranged on the back of the fixed portion (10) of the curved wall (7).
