Double-insulation double-protective-sleeve electric submersible pump electric cable

The invention provides a double-insulation double-protective-sleeve electric submersible pump electric cable which comprises three cable core conductors, wherein the outer side of each cable core conductor is sequentially wrapped by an auxiliary insulating layer formed by five layers of polyimide-fluorine composite films, a main insulating layer made of an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer layer, a single cable core lead alloy protective sleeve layer and a glass tape cushion layer from inside to outside; the three cable core conductors protected through insulation abut to one another and form a cable core group integrally, the outer side of the cable core group is wrapped by a butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber integral protective sleeve layer, and the outer side of the butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber integral protective sleeve layer is wrapped by a galvanized steel strip. According to the electric submersible pump electric cable of the adopted structure, temperature resistance levels and pressure resistance levels of the electric cable are improved, shaft laying caused by electric cable faults is reduced, the service life of the electric pump is prolonged, thus yield loss is reduced, and economic benefits are improved.
