Comparative Study on Fruit Quality of Five Eurasia Grape Varieties

Several fruit quality indexes of 5 Eurasia grape varieties were tested and compared,the results showed that: the soluble sugar content in the fruits of these varieties was 15%~19%,the protein content was 0.31~0.51 mg/g,the content of amino acid was 1.41~2.29 μg/g,the acidity was 0.15%~0.62%,and the orders of different fruit quality indexes were different among 5 varieties.In production practice,the variety "Xinmeirenzhi" showed good comprehensive quality and had better planting prospects.
