Comparison of influence of different nursing models on comprehensive survive conditions in burn paitents

Objective To compare the influence of different nursing models on comprehensive survive conditions in burn patients.Methods Clinical materials of 78 burn patients were analyzed retrospectively,and according to the model of nursing,they were divided into intervention group and control group,39 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy,scores of SDS and SAS before and after nursing intervention as well as quality of survive conditions were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate in the intervention group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 94.87% in the control group(P0.05);there were no differences of scores of SDS and SAS before intervention(P0.05),but after implementation of nursing intervention,scores of SDS and SAS in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05);psychological function,physical function,social relations and general health status in the intervention group were significantly better than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Application of psychological nursing model in treatment of burn patients can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve comprehensive survival conditions of patients.
