The application of three-Dimensional retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy with zero ischemia

2019
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of 3D laparoscopic nephrectomy with zero ischemia. Methods The patients with renal neoplasms were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were treated by 3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy with zero ischemia that combined with acute normovolaemic hemodilution and controlled hypotension, the control group were treated by laparoscopic partial nephrectomy with temporary renal artery block. Results Treatment group were significantly better than that in control group for some indicators such as hemoglobin, serum creatinine, renal glomerular filtration rate, operation time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and infection. Conclusions 3D laparoscopic partial nephrectomy with zero ischemia that combined with acute normovolaemic hemodilution and controlled hypotension can improve renal micro- circulation perfusion and function of glomerular filtration, has good clinical effect, worthy of further promotion in clinical use.
