Management Concepts for Machine-Tool Leasing in the Russian High-Tech Industry

A conceptual framework is proposed for management decisions regarding the leasing of machine tools for Russia’s high-tech industry. Emulation of the principles of internal corporate management proves effective. The applicability of the proposed framework to specialized leading operations is illustrated.
