Sistem Pengurusan Maklumat Sumber Manusia Iman Early Learning Centre Berasaskan Web

The Human Resources Information Management System based is developed for Iman Early Learning Centre Sdn.Bhd. It is a web-based system designed to overcomes everal weaknesses existing system. At this moment, all the administrative jobs are done manually, through files record and with minimum use of Microsoft Excel. Besides that,there is a problem with less-efficient leave apllication process. Therefore, the main development of this system is to eliminate the paper-based job to a fully complete computerized system. With this system, all information will be ensured secure and searching technique implemented in this system produce faster and more efficient result. Java Server Pages (JSP) will be used with javascripts as a programming language to develop this system. This system will employ Rational Unified Processes (RUP) design methodology with Unified Modeling Language(UML).MySQL Server is chosen as a database design for the system.
