Pretreatment process of feeding glucose

2010
The invention relates to the field of the production process of amino acid, and discloses a pretreatment process of feeding glucose. The pretreatment process of feeding glucose comprises the steps of: performing gradient heating and evaporation on a liquid glucose raw material according to the evaporation capacity of 1/8 of the volume of the liquid glucose raw material every time, wherein the final evaporation temperature is 115 DEG C and the volume is 1/2 of the volume of the liquid glucose raw material, and then insulating at 115 DEG C for 8 minutes. The process disclosed by the invention combines concentration by evaporation with continuous sterilization in the existing process, reduces the energy consumption, improves the heating uniformity, reduces the concentration of substances harmful to fermentation in the feeding glucose, improves the purity and light transmittance of the feeding glucose, increases the benefit, and is favorable for amino acid fermentation.
