Shift-by-wire switching device with mechanical parking brake actuation

The invention relates to an actuating device for the selection of shift stages of a shift-by-wire gear change transmission with actuator, mechanical transmission means (4) for actuating the parking brake, and arranged with a between the actuating element and transmission means (4) coupling means. In this case, an operation of the transmission means (4) by the actuating element is effected selectively only in the selecting or deselecting the parking lock position on the selector lever. According to the invention the actuating device is characterized in that the coupling device comprises a sliding guide (1) having a latching depression (10) and a two-part coupling slide (2, 3). The two parts (2, 3) of the coupling carriage by means of preferably two locking elements (7) coupled to each other. An automatic decoupling of the two parts (2, 3) of the coupling carriage is effected by retraction of the locking elements (7) in the latching depression (10). As a result of the invention, the necessary for the selective actuation of the transmission means to the parking lock mechanism of the transmission assembly can be constructively as well as with respect to simplify. Space and costs can be saved, the actuator can be carried out smoothly and quietly.
