The invention discloses a method and a device for generating power by using liquefied natural gas cold energy and solar energy as a power source. The device comprises a liquefied natural gas pump, a control valve, a condenser, an evaporator, turbines, a water pump, a solar heat collector and the like, wherein a liquefied natural gas pipeline is connected to the liquefied natural gas pump and is respectively connected to the control valve and the condenser; a water bath gasifier is communicated with an inlet and outlet pipeline of chilled water, is connected to a second turbine and is connected to an air temperature gasifier; a natural gas export pipe network is arranged at the other end of the air temperature gasifier; a working medium pump is connected to a first turbine and is connected with the condenser; two ends of the evaporator are connected with the water pump, a valve and the solar heat collector and are connected to a water tank; the valve is connected to a standby electric heater. By adopting the method and the device, the utilization rate of energy is improved, fuel used for gasifying liquefied natural gas is saved, pollution gas released by fuel combustion is reduced, and the problem of energy shortage is solved.
