Process for manufacturing surgical knife

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a minimally invasive surgical knife. The method is on the basis of a circular slotting knife, a compressing mechanism, an ejector rod and the minimally invasive surgical knife; a plurality of first line through slots and a plurality of second line through slots are axially formed in parallel in the circular slotting knife; the first line through slots extend from one end surface of the circular slotting knife to the middle part to form a plurality of first elastic blades; the second line through slots extend from the other end surface of the circular slotting knife to the middle part to form a plurality of second elastic blades. The method comprises the following steps: 1, clamping the circular slotting knife with the compressing mechanism to form a reshaped circular slotting knife; 2, positioning the reshaped circular slotting knife obtained in step 1 into a through hole in an outer aluminum tube casing; 3, positioning the ejector rod into the through hole in the outer aluminum tube casing, and then pushing the ejector rod to drive the reshaped circular slotting knife to move. With the adoption of the manufacture method, small silent points can be cleanly and smoothly removed; the circular slotting knife can be kept in contact with the inner wall of an aluminum pipe without any damage to the inner wall because of a certain elasticity, and the small salient points on the inner wall can be removed to the maximum.
