Оценка гуморального иммунитета к вирусу краснухи у беременных

2004
Rubella virus provokes serious pathology in fetus, which associated with its high contagiousity and ability to pass through placenta. It makes the problem of rubella infection very actual. The results of serological examination of population of Volgograd region have shown that 39,8% of examined people had specific antibodies against rubella virus. We have found unimportant increase in seroconversion rates up to the level 1:300-1:500 at the early period of pregnancy in women that previously had antirubella antibodies. It is necessary to take this fact into account in order to determine the health station of mother and her child. Our data also illustrate that patients with positive seroconversion against cytomegalovirus and herpes simplex viruses or infected by chlamydia and mycoplasma very often have antibodies against rubella.
