Complex hydraulic channel of vertical electrically driven oil pump

FIELD: engines and pumps. SUBSTANCE: channel includes centrifugal pump, transmission, booster and intake tube, which are in-series connected to housings and flow cavities. In the section of intake tube, channel is formed with its housing. In booster section, the channel is restricted with booster housing on the outside, and with screw bushing on the inner side, which is equipped with impeller, and housing of straightening unit. Screw inlet channel includes anti-cavitation section and variable cross section of channel, which converges in the flow direction. In the transmission section, the channel is restricted with assembled housing of section on the outer side, and with fixed separating pipe - cover relative to the housing on the inner side in section of connecting housing so that annular flow cavity is formed. In sections of end housings of the section, which include supports with bearings, the latter are connected to the corresponding housing by means of longitudinal ribs so that honeycomb hydraulically transparent section of the channel is formed. EFFECT: creation of pump channel intended for pumping of oil-bearing liquids with increased stability and operating life, increased efficiency and reduced power consumption in no-cavitation modes. 8 cl, 3 dwg
