The invention relates to a semi-automatic production device for an oyster breeding string. The semi-automatic production device comprises a slope-shaped supporting frame which is arranged vertically; an operating platform is transversely arranged at the slope top of the slope-shaped supporting frame; a rope winding shaft is arranged on the operating platform; at least one pair of rope unwinding wheel groups is arranged at the slope bottom of the slope-shaped supporting frame; a seeding-attachment piece outlet structure is arranged at a part, between the rope winding shaft and the rope unwinding wheel groups, on the operating platform; a positioning structure convenient for knoting is vertically arranged at a part, between the operating platform and the rope unwinding wheel groups, on the slope-shaped supporting frame; one end of a polyethylene rope winds the rope winding shaft; the other end of the polyethylene rope penetrates through the seeding-attachment piece outlet structure, the positioning structure and the rope unwinding wheel groups, and is driven to move from the slope top to the slope bottom of the slope-shaped supporting frame by the rope unwinding wheel groups. The semi-automatic production device is simple in structure; seeding-attachment pieces through which the polyethylene rope penetrates can be stored in a centralized manner, and are taken out in sequence automatically during producing; the polyethylene rope is unwound and wound automatically during the producing process; the semi-automatic production device for the oyster breeding string can be realized by combining a subsequent manual knotting process.
