THE SLIPWAY/STERN TRAWLER KW20 TETMAN HETTE

The TETMAN HETTE underwent trials in July 1988. Built at the Gdansk Shipyard in Poland as a hybrid between a Russian slipway trawler and a Dutch stern trawler, it is the only ship in the Netherlands fishing fleet to have a slipway, stern gear and derrick. Large general-arrangement drawings are given. The principal particulars are: length 95.06m oa, waterline 87.00m; moulded breadth 15.90m; draught 6.50m; height to upper deck 10.00m; deadweight 2750dwt; speed 16 knots laden.
