The method comprises: obtaining multiple contrast images of the same portion of a living body; performing scanning position information extraction and comparative calculation on the multiple contrast images; according to a position comparison result of the multiple contrast images, synchronously displaying the multiple contrast images in splitter windows; and taking a window where a real mouse pointer is located as a target window, calculating the corresponding positions on the other window images according to the position of a mouse pointer on a target window image and a position comparison result of the multiple contrast images, and displaying a virtual mouse pointer at the position. The method can realize synchronous display of multiple contrast images in multiple windows and synchronous positioning and demarcation of position information.
