Building panel with a core (1) of wood chips or wood fibers glued and pressed together and two cover layers (2, 3) covering the core (1) towards the top and towards the bottom face, characterized that the core (1) is spread in several layers, being composed cover layers (2, 3) WPC (Word-plastic-composite, consisting of wood and plastic) material and being pressed together the core (1) and the cover layers (2, 3) under the action of an elevated temperature such that the thermoplastic plastic layers are bonded with WPC wood components.
