Relevance of E-cadherin expression to EGFR-TKI molecular targeted therapy sensitivity/resistance and its clinical significance.

We examined the effect of E-cadherin expression on epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) molecular targeted therapy sensitivity/resistance.
