Study on the decolorization and degradation of dyes by Fomes lignosus

2010
In order to study white-rot fungi of Fomes lignosus decolourization to dyes(antithesis nitrogen, three benzene methane, quinone amine),this experiment was focus on the comparison of the effects of F.lignosus's decolourization on Congo red, crystallization purple and neutral red of dyes(antithesis nitrogens, quinone amines and three benzene metfane). The result indicates that Fomes lignosus had effective ability to decolorize and degrade for the three dyes, the crystallization purple of quinone amines had the highest decolorizing rate, reached to 55.27%(12 hours),the best adding time was the fourth day,the best temperature was 35 ℃ and the decolorizing rate was more than 75% in 32 hours.
