PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN, KEAMANAN DAN KERAHASIAAN WAJIB PAJAK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNAAN E-FILING (STUDI EMPIRIS DI KPP PRATAMA PALEMBANG ILIR BARAT)

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of ease of use, security and confidentiality of taxpayers on satisfaction with the use of e-filing (Empirical Study at KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat). The population in this study are individual taxpayers who use e-filing totaling 44,570 taxpayers. Based on the criteria of purposive sampling method, the sample taken was 193 people. The data collection technique was done by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that the perception of ease of use, security and confidentiality of taxpayers has a significant effect on satisfaction with the use of e-filing.
