A ball valve isolation, comprising: a pair of valve opposite ball (102A, 102B) connected at each end of a connector end (104), wherein the connector end comprises a tubular flow device fluid comprising a tubular member (10) having at least one place outside dimension nonuniform (14, 16) and a passage axial flow (20) with a uniform inner diameter between the end elements of opposite connection (16) ; a shirt thermal sleeve (22) disposed around the axial flow passage hole (24) formed in the tubular member, wherein the sleeve comprises an outer surface having a thermal barrier coating (26); and pressure relief passage (28) in fluid communication with an interface between an outer surface of the jacket of the thermal sleeve (22) and an inner surface of the hole (24); wherein the tubular member has recesses seat (106) receiving the gaskets in order to retain the said seals (108) adjacent to the ball valve member; and wherein the passage comprises pressure relief annular passages formed by an axial displacement between an end of the thermal sleeve shirt and respective sealing gaskets.
