The invention discloses a method for culturing denitrogenized granular sludge, which comprises the following steps of: first, filling sludge to be inoculated into an aerobic reactor, and carrying out enrichment culture on aerobic sludge by using waste water with high ammonia nitrogen content and low COD content; then, separating and sieving aerobic denitrification bacteria and carrying out acclimation culture; and finally, inoculating the aerobic denitrification bacteria treated with acclimation culture into nitride granular sludge to culture denitrogenized granular sludge and obtain the denitrogenized granular sludge. Compared with the prior art, the method solves the problems of unstable treatment effect, low total denitrogenation rate and the like occurring in the traditional shortcut nitrification and denitrification (SND) technology. The provided method for culturing denitrogenized granular sludge can be used for the biochemical treatment process of various kinds of organic industrial waste water with high ammonia nitrogen content so that the SND technology is really applied in real engineering.
