The invention relates to a new balsam pear MC-JJ2 polypeptide analogue for efficiently reducing blood glucose and a method for promoting solid phase synthesis of the balsam pear MC-JJ2 polypeptide analogue by microwaves. The MC-JJ2 polypeptide analogue which has longer pharmacological action time is obtained by improving 2,4,5,8 or 9 sites of the natural balsam pear polypeptide, and the chemical synthesis of the balsam pear MC-JJ2 polypeptide analogue is realized efficiently and quickly by the method for promoting solid phase synthesis by microwaves. A crude product is processed by the preparative scale efficient liquid phase purification, and finally, the MC-JJ2 polypeptide analogue is obtained by freeze drying.
