Meta-analysis in Clinical and Life Science Research

The present chapter briefly describes the practical and methodological aspects of systematic review and meta-analysis, the researcher shall learn how to conduct meta-analysis, identification of problems, determination of effective size based on the published and unpublished articles with suitable illustrations, and also describes the heterogeneity in effects among multiple studies and where appropriate provides summary measures.
