Holistik Hemşirelik Bakımı

Holistik Hemsirelik Bakimi Ozet  Insan biyolojik, fizyolojik, psikolojik, sosyal, kulturel ve spirituel boyutlari olan bir  butundur. Bu boyutlarin her biri birbiri ile iliskilidir ve birbirini etkilemektedir. Her insan  bireyseldir ve her insanin sagliga ve hastaliga verdigi tepkiler birbirinden farklidir. Insan,  sagligi gelistirme ve hastaliklarin iyilesmesinde saglik bakim profesyonellerinin yardim  ve destegine ihtiyac duyar. Bakim hemsireligin ozudur ve hizla gelisen saglik alaninda  hemsirelik uygulamalarinin temelinde yer almaktadir. Bakim bireyden olumlu sonuclar  elde edilmesinde onemli bir yere sahiptir. Ancak insana verilen hemsirelik bakimi  bireyin sadece hastaligina odaklanmamali, bireyin tum boyutlarini icerecek sekilde  kapsamli bir bakim olmalidir. Bu nedenle bireyin tum boyutlarinin iyilestirilmesinde ve  gelistirilmesinde holistik bakim kavrami on plana cikmaktadir. Holistik bakim beden,  zihin, ruhun birbirine bagli oldugunu ve bir butun olarak ele alinmalari gerektigini  savunmaktadir. Each of these dimensions are interrelated and affect each other.  Each person is an individual and the response of each person to health and disease  is different. Human needs help and support of the healthcare professions in healing  of diseases and health promotion. Care is the essence of nursing and it is located on  the basis of nursing practice in the field of health which is developing rapidly. Care  has an important position in achieving positive results from the individuals. However  the nursing care given to people should not focus only on the individual’s disease, it  should be a comprehensive care to include the entire dimensions of the individual.  Therefore holistic care concept has come to the foreground in the improvement and  development of all aspects of the individual.
