Parity nonconservation in neutron capture on 113Cd

11.3 meV was obtained for the spin J51 levels in the compound nucleus 114 Cd. This result from the 3 p-peak region of the neutron strength function is compared with the parity violation results for nuclei from the 4 p-peak region. @S0556-2813~98!02210-9#
