The invention provides an anti-CO2 corrosion seamless steel pipe and a manufacture method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: smelting molten steel, forming liquid steel comprising the following components by mass percentage: 0.06-0.10% of C, 0.10-0.30% of Si, 0.30-0.50% of Mn, 1.0-2.0% of Crl, 0.01-0.20% of Mo, 0.01-0.05% of Nb, 0.01-0.04% of Al, and the balance of Fe and impurities, controlling the cold crack coefficient Pcm less than or equal to 0.24% and carbon equivalent CEV less than or equal to 0.65%; forming steel ingot, heating to the temperature of 1220-1250 DEG C; performing forging-rolling, controlling the temperature at 850-950 DEG C, and normalizing at the temperature of 910-930 DEG C. According to the invention, the seamless steel pipe with good anti-CO2 corrosion performance is capable of satisfying the mechanical properties of the pipeline steel requirement of the oil and gas field, and has good cost performance.
