BLET:Battery Lifetime Enhancement Technology

In recent years, mobile devices and high-hearth because of the multifunctional, battery capacity ha s been increased. In this paper, without the overhead by u sing the battery discharge characteristics, and application of technology to extend the battery life is explained. Experiment H.264 video transmission to take some losses and extended battery life was achieved.
