O percurso intelectual de Nelson Werneck Sodré, historiador do Brasil (1911-1998)

El articulo presenta uma sintesis analitica de la trayectoria intelectual de Nelson Werneck Sodre (1911-1998), seguido por la interpretacion de algunos de los principales temas que marcaron la obra del autor desarrollo en el periodo 1938 a 1945 y de 1958 a 1964. Com esta sintesis analitica mostro que em medio de uma intensa participacion politica em los debates realizados sobre el destino de la revolution capitalista de Brasil, la izquierda comunista em los anos 1950 y 1960,  el autor fue coherente con una concepcion corporativista nacionalista-democratico ya se ha sugerido en su obra desde 1930. Palabras-clave:Nelson Werneck Sodre; nacionalismo; revolucion brasilena. ________________________ The intellectual trajectory of Nelson Werneck Sodre, brazilian historian (1911-1998) Abstract: The article presents na analytical synthesis of the intellectual trajectory of Nelson Werneck Sodre (1911-1998), followed by interpretation of some of the main themes that marked the author’s work developed in the period 1938 to 1945 and from 1958 to 1964. With this analytical synthesis showed that in the midst of intense political participation in the debates made about the fate of brazilian capitalist revolution the communist left in the 1950s and 1960s, the author remained consistent with a nationalist-democratic corporatist conception already suggested in his work since the 1930s.
