A Comparative Study on Skin Nutrient Contents between Pen Feeding and Wild Rana dybowskii

2005
Nutrient contents of female frog skin from both wild Rana dybowskii((sample Ⅰ))and the pen fed ones(sample Ⅱ)were comparatively studied by the means of chemical analysis and apparatus analysis. Results showed that the contents of EE and total phospholipids in sample Ⅱ were higher than those of sample Ⅰ by 10.88% and 15.14%,respectively.The contents of Ca and P in sample Ⅰ were higher than those of sample Ⅱ by 70.61% and 22.49%,respectively.The content of Zn of sample Ⅱ was 14.38% higher than that of sample Ⅰ.The extract with 80% methyl of sample Ⅰ was 2.36% more than that of sample Ⅱ.The two extracts were analyzed with column chromatography of aluminium oxides.Elute gains were obtained and treated with 835 Hitachi Amino Acid Analyzer. The results indicated that there were some differences in amino acid composition between sample Ⅰ and sample Ⅱ.
