Shoulder senile hemorrhagic (SSH) corresponds to a sudden failure of the rotator cuff causing hemarthrosis in the glenohumeral joint associated with hemorrhagic suffusion soft tissue abarticular. SSH occurs electively in elderly patients, bilateral disease associated with use of fluoroquinolone (FQ) is unprecedented. We report the case of a patient of 89 years who presented levofloxacin associated bilateral SSH.
