Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome (RCVS) is a rare neurologic clinical syndrome that is often misdiagnosed. The pathophysiology of RCVS is unknown, but oftentimes presents as a thunderclap headache that is commonly overlooked once cerebral hemorrhage is ruled out of the differential.
