compressor for lubrication structure

1997
An improved lubrication structure of a compressor is described. A swash plate (23) is supported tiltably on the drive shaft (18). A plurality of pistons (37) are operatively coupled to the swash plate (23). The rotation of the swash plate (23) is converted into a reciprocating motion of each of pistons (37) in a cylinder bore (11) associated for compressing and discharging gas containing oil. The swash plate (23) has an operating region which receives the greatest compressive force as a function of the compressed gas reaction force acting on the piston (37) when the swash plate (23) rotates. The swash plate (23) has at least one bore (234) to fix the swash plate (23) to a jig when the swash plate (23) is ground in the thereof manufacturing process. The bore (234) is arranged to allow gas to flow to the swash plate (23) from the cylinder bore (111) and through the aperture to flow into the operation region.
