Relative risk assessment and projected body burdens: a tool for energy use management

In the area of health assessment of the impacts of tradeoffs between health, economic, social, environmental and energy availability considerations, gaps exist in both methodology and information. This paper describes a method for dealing with human response to hazardous pollutants emitted by energy technologies and presents a sample application of the methodology. (ACR)
