One kind of drilling rig system and method for adaptively controlling a downhole drilling tool based on the dynamic surface, the drill system comprises a dynamic control system and drilling system, the dynamic control system includes a data acquisition module, an input module control strategy, the information input module of drilling model, multiple body dynamics modeling module, the adaptive model correction module, the tool face estimation module, the control rule generation module, the execution module and dangerous state judging module. A user input control strategy and the model of drilling, drilling data acquisition module collecting system, the multi-body dynamics modeling module multibody dynamics modeling based drilling model, the model correction multibody dynamics model adaptive correction based drilling module case , the tool plane estimation module and a control law based on the control policy generation module, multi-body dynamics model after the drilling situation and the correction calculation of the control law of the actuator; danger alarm state judging module when the system is in a dangerous state. The present invention is able to significantly improve the efficiency and precision of directional drilling, directional drilling can be used in downhole operations.
