In the article the results of the examination of 39 males from infertility couples aged 30,5 ± 0,9 are presented. 100 % males with sex transmitted infections (STI) have some abnormalities of ejaculate examination results. The prostatitis, associated with STI is the main disturbance in the structure of inflammatory diseases.
