Double Fractures of Intracapsule and Extracapsule of the Femoral Neck, A Report o f Two Cases

124 cases of the femoral neck fractures were treated during two years and seven months from January 1988 to July 1990. Two uncommon cases were reported in a 79-year-old male and an 80-year-old female who had double fractures of intracapsule and extracapsule of the femoral neck.
