Study on technology of Cu(gly)_2 prepared by room temperature solid-state reaction

Cu(gly)2·H2O was prepared by one-step room temperature solid-state reaction,with copper acetate and glycine as raw materials.The optimum technological conditions were found as follows:grinding time 80min,amount of water 9%,molar ratio of ligand 2∶1,amount of Na2CO3 10%.The chelate ratio of the product was 98.27% under this condition.The product was characterized by IR,TG-DTA,XRD.The characterization showed that the constituent of the product was Cu(gly)2·H2O.
