The effect of overlaying tissue on NIR light propagation in neonatal brain

Reaction products of phosphonic acid esters, an aliphatic alcohol and optionally an epoxide are provided which are useful as flameproofing agents. In particular soft polyurethane foams are rendered inflammable.
