Notice of Retraction The Influence of Different UHMWPE Components for Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty

2010
Research used non-invasive type of finite element analysis techniques to observe unicompartmental knee arthroplasty in different contact surfaces of tibial components in implanted counterpoint with of state generated of stress situation, surgical treatment for provide a reference. Research was used two different contact surfaces of polyethylene tibial component analysis; impact factors selected include variety of different weight loads, tibial back slope angle and wrong cutting angle of tibial platform and so on. Analysis results can be be know, tibial wrong cutting angle change exactly become stress by increase or decrease, But tibial back slope angle part stress value will not have much change it, and no matter what kind knee counterpoint or contact surface state, maximum von Mises stress all are internally generated, and all excess polyethylene tibial components than yield strength, so knee joint treatment in selection unicompartmental knee joint whether to be suitable is worth consideration.
