Tempering device (1) for at least one thermal component (2) of a motor vehicle (25), in particular an electric or hybrid vehicle (26, 27) comprising a V-fluid circuit (3), a refrigeration circuit (7) having an evaporator (10), a capacitor (11) and a compressor (8), wherein the V-fluid circuit (3) to the evaporator (10) is thermally coupled to cool the at least one thermal component (2) of the motor vehicle (25) by means of the V-fluid circuit (3 ), said temperature-control (1) comprises a K-fluid circuit (4) and the K-fluid circuit (4) to the capacitor (11) is thermally coupled for heating said at least one thermal component (2) of the motor vehicle (25) by means of the K -Fluidkreislaufes (4).
