Property-adjustable gypsum-based grouting material

The invention provides a property-adjustable gypsum-based grouting material. The grouting material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-45% of semi-hydrated gypsum, 10-15% of ore slag powder, 2-4% of alkali-activator, 35-45% of aggregate, 1.0-1.5% of latex powder, 0.10-0.15% of efficient water reducing agent, 0.01-0.04% of efficient retarder, 0.03-0.07% of anti-sedimentation agent, 0.3-0.6% of moisture repellent and 0.01-0.02% of air entraining agent. In the grouting material, the gypsum is used as a gelled material, and the ore slag powder is utilized, so that waterproof tobermorite C-S-H and ettringite AFT (acryl foam tape) are generated under the excitation of the alkali-activator; and then the waterproof tobermorite C-S-H and the ettringite AFT are filled in the gap of the gypsum supplementary with additives matched with the gypsum, so that the grouting material has the advantages of high strength, good water tolerance, large flowability, good plastic expansion, rapid and easily-controlled coagulation time and no shrinkage after coagulation and hardening, thereby being especially suitable for high-precise equipment installation, foundation bolt anchorage, equipment foundation secondary grouting and the like under a relative dry environment.
