The Use of an Internal Standard in the Determination of Ethanol in Blood, Brain and Vapour *

Summary A gas chromotographic method is described for the determination of ethanol in body fluids, body tissues or air. A standard propanol solution used as final diluent in all determinations improves the accuracy by internal standardization.
