The process method is implemented by the following technical scheme that the process method comprises the preparation steps of cryoprecitation dissolution, gel adsorption, precipitation of the fibrinogen and the fibronectin, two-step ion exchange chromatography and glycin/sodium chloride precipitation and inactivation of virus.
