Una mirada al interior de la residencia de urología en Colombia

Objective: To identify, from the resident’s in Urology point of view, the actual state of the residence in Urology in Colombia, analyzing the demographics, economics, social, labor relation, academics, working prospects, and level of satisfaction. Methods: A survey was performed to 45 of the residents from the 10 Urology programs in the country, through the years 2007 - 2008. Confidentiality of the information was guaranteed and there was no individual report of results. Results: A total of 45 surveys were performed.
