On the basis of own material and literature shown that the techniques of diagnosis and treatment of lesions of the musculoskeletal system methods of manual therapy, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, applied kinesiology are the same. The difference is in the definitions and in the compilation of the data. Gnosseological reason for different interpretations of the same phenomenon is in the causes of subjective and objective properties. Weak objective evidence palpable and other evidence for weak basic training contributes to the many points of view, with the attractive appearance of conceptualization. Essentially theoretical results and practical applications discussed are as manipulative afferent influences, the purpose of which — the restoration of the functions of different parts of the machine motion without changing their structure
